The fun of the holidays, when the weather turns nasty, and things otherwise are supposed to start looking up. I'm still jobless, and the typical holiday break for many companies isn't helping that any, first round of unemployment is about to come to an end shortly here. It's going to be a pretty dull and dreary holiday season for me this year it seems. Guess I should be used to it by now, but I'm not. I miss the years of old, waking up early Christmas morning, digging into a hot breakfast, hanging out by the fire, watching TV and movies during the day.
The old adage of 'The grass is always greener on the other side' holds true more and more each year. When you're a kid, you can't wait to 'grow-up' and see the world, and experience everything. When you're an adult, you realize that being 'grown-up' is a lot of work, and quite alot of the time not as much as you thought it would be as a kid. Now granted, the experiences and people you meet as an adult can be much more interesting, there's still something to be said for the less complicated life of a kid.
Moving away from the philosophical, I've added one more feature to the site. There's now a password recovery sequence available. Hit the "Forgot Password" link to the left if it's not showing you as logged in, put in the email address you registered with, and follow the instructions in the email.
Ah, the Holidays

Please set the quotes page to display a certain number of quotes, regardless of age. At least extend the expiry date significantly.
DO IT!
Demanding bitch.
Fine, go into prefs, and set your own default age of quotes (or haiku) to display.
You rock and whatnot.
